Step-by-Step Guide to Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a second form of verification in addition to your password. We highly recommend enabling MFA to protect your sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.

To Enable MFA:

1. Log in to the portal and go to Profile > Security Settings to manage your security options.
2. Click the “Enable MFA” button to start the setup process.
3. Use an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator to scan the displayed QR code on your screen.
4. Enter the 6-digit verification code generated by the app to confirm and activate MFA on your account.

Warning: If you lose access to your MFA device (e.g., phone), contact support immediately to reset MFA and regain access safely.
