If you've forgotten your password or want to change it for security reasons, follow these simple steps to reset your password quickly and securely using the customer portal.
- On the login screen, click “Forgot Password” to start the password reset process.
- Enter the email address associated with your account to receive the reset link.
- Check your inbox for an email with the reset link; make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
- Click the link within 60 minutes to open the reset page and enter your new password.
- Make sure your new password meets the security requirements listed below to keep your account safe.
Password Requirements:
- Must be at least 8 characters long
- Include at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character
- Avoid using easily guessable passwords like “password123” or your own name
Note: The password reset link is valid for 60 minutes only. If it expires, you will need to request a new link.
