Resetting Your Customer Portal Password: Step-by-Step

If you've forgotten your password or want to change it for security reasons, follow these simple steps to reset your password quickly and securely using the customer portal.

  1. On the login screen, click “Forgot Password” to start the password reset process.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account to receive the reset link.
  3. Check your inbox for an email with the reset link; make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
  4. Click the link within 60 minutes to open the reset page and enter your new password.
  5. Make sure your new password meets the security requirements listed below to keep your account safe.

Password Requirements:

  • Must be at least 8 characters long
  • Include at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character
  • Avoid using easily guessable passwords like “password123” or your own name

Note: The password reset link is valid for 60 minutes only. If it expires, you will need to request a new link.
